Welcome to Drummer. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
We offer magazine subscriptions billed on a quarterly basis.
Auto-Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions default to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle, though this may be turned off at the time of subscription.
Renewal Notifications: We want you to stay in control of your subscription. We will send you an email notification two weeks prior to your renewal date and a follow-up reminder one week prior to your renewal date. If you have chosen manual renewal, you will be sent an invoice to renew your subscription shortly before it expires.
Easy Cancellation: Each renewal reminder email will contain a direct link allowing you to cancel your subscription immediately. You may also cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Physical Goods (Individual copies and merchandise): You may request a refund for any physical item within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Subscriptions: You may request a refund for a new or renewed subscription within 14 days of the purchase or renewal date.

with your order number. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policy
Refund requests may also be handled on a case-by-case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support Department where applicable.
Orders that have not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Returns and exchanges for physical items are subject to the refund policy above and require that items be returned in original condition.
Orders and Payment
Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars, though you may select the currency of your choice when ordering. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect subscriptions already in progress until the next billing cycle.
Payment: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information remains current.
We fulfill all of our own products and services.
Billing Descriptor and Chargebacks
Charges for purchases made on this website will appear on your billing statement under a descriptor associated with our payment processor.
If you have any questions about a charge on your statement or believe that a billing error has occurred, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution so we may assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to ship physical goods promptly. All tangible goods, including current and previous editions of the print magazine, are shipped within 3 business days.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders when available. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
